The campground was quiet, the sites were large and ours backed up to a nice creek. We had views of the mountains. The bathrooms were clean. Laundry available 24 hours/day. Nice fire pits. We really liked this campground.

We were assigned a back-in site along the river. Those sites are wide and easy to maneuver into and long enough to accommodate your tow or toad. Evening fire in the fire pit was delightful. Quiet and clean RV park. Some what out of town, but that's why it's quiet.

After traveling the Alaska Highway we stayed at this park in Seward. We are a 37 foot fifth wheel and need a space that will accommodate us--which they had. The restrooms and laundry were clean and well attended - we observed the staff cleaning them multiple times a day. Park is located on a pretty glacial creek and was a very nice setting. We were doing a boat tour of the nearby national park and the tour operator provided transportation (at the direction of the park) to the tour from the park... Read More

The park was not very far from the main part of town making it easy to drive in and explore this quaint seaport.

We stayed here for 2 nights and simply LOVED this park. Pretty easy to find with their good directions. We were right next to a creek which you could hear all night and there was NO road noise. Wonderful scenery and friendly staff. They even have a campground bunny, which was fun! Sites were ample with plenty of space and nice tables.

Living in Alaska you find many State and National Park campgrounds in abundance. If you are traveling to Seward or Homer and need a campground with full hookups, showers, laundry, green space, great company and service this is your spot. They have a shuttle that can take into Seward to catch tours, shop or eat. The park is close to Exit Glacier and fishing. We have stayed at Stoney Creek many times and always enjoy the people who come from all over.
