Really nice location on the bay as advertised. It has a nice fishing pier and a small sandy beach protected by small jetty and a sea wall. Sites are level and shaded. There is WiFi, but its not strong as you go closer to beach. The 25 sites are in 2 rows so that 2 of the 25 sites are directly on water. The rest have water views, less so further from water. Bay is shallow and soft bottomed, water is muddy. Short drive to gulf beaches and golf. There are walking trails adjoining park. No cable tv,... Read More

Sites seem to all be back in only but staff really know how to coach drivers into sites. And they help with leveling. Only thing I note that is an issue is that the dock needs some work. We were there during Covid 19 and so it was empty and very quiet. The park is small, so you can't park more than your rv and tow vehicle at your site. They have additional parking adjacent to park, just don't expect to have a bunch of friends over with vehicles.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds. Small, shaded, very friendly owners/hosts. Atmosphere is laid back and away from the hussle-bussle of Gulf Shores proper. Short drive to Tanger Outlet Mall, good restaurants near by. A few minute drive to great walking beached. A little more expensive at ~$42, but we feel that it is worth it.
