We were to stay at the Bonanza Campground on 9/9/21 through 9/11/21. The road to our campsite was scattered with glass, the campsite was dirty, you needed to turn out the water with pliers but the worst thing was the bathrooms. They were not cleaned for at least at week, and the office people confirmed they were not clean. The women's room had a huge pool of water in the center. It was explained it was water run off from the showers. We received a receipt of one night refund which was never returned... Read More
We were to stay at the Bonanza Campground on 9/9/21 through 9/11/21. The road to our campsite was scattered with glass, the campsite was dirty, you needed to turn out the water with pliers but the worst thing was the bathrooms. They were not cleaned for at least at week, and the office people confirmed they were not clean. The women's room had a huge pool of water in the center. It was explained it was water run off from the showers. We received a receipt of one night refund which was never returned to the credit card. We were told we would get a full refund when we left early in writing because of the filth and no money was returned. We lost $218.88. I contacted the campground numerous times but they sloughed it off. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this campground.
