Very crowded during our stay. Staff was friendly during check in. Was just an overnight stay. There was no cell phone service and no wifi signal.

Very clean facility, very friendly staff! Close to Capital Reef! Plan on coming back next year, same time.

An outstanding campground? Absolutely beautiful scenery. 51 days on the road and 28 different campgrounds and this was by far the prettiest campground we were in. Wish we had stayed more than 2 nights. And the BBQ pavilion had outstanding food! All of the amenities were well above average. One totally enjoyable stay!

Very nice, quiet park in a great location just outside Torrey, UT and Capitol Reef National Park. Our only complaint is it was advertised on Good Sams Club site they have cable TV, but they do not. WI-FI is slow, but they do have it. The hubby used the showers and said they were very clean. Great gift shop/store and grill on site.

Very friendly staff. Park is clean and facilities are in good condition. Park is off highway but not much noise. Gravel but very little dust. Spacious parking and access roads. There is a big grass area if you have children or are tent camping. You are about 15 miles from Capitol Reef Park. Would stay here again.

We have a 33' foot fifth wheel and stayed near the middle of the park. The view is awe-inspiring and the gift shop is well-equipped, and nicely situated to Capitol Reef. The sites are gravel and requires some jockeying to get approximately level. The staff are friendly although one woman who I think is an owner was a little short with us when we asked a question. Not much in Torrey but the Capitol Reef Cafe was nice.

We stayed at the campground for three nights while visiting Capitol Reef National Park and areas nearby. It's a perfect location for that, with lovely views all around. However, the laundry facility was small and crowded, no baskets to transfer wet clothes, and the counter for folding clothes was shared with campers washing dishes. The restrooms were clean but small and the showers had no rubber mats to keep feet and clothes dry. The building I went in only had one toilet stall and one shower. The... Read More

The restrooms were clean but small and the showers had no rubber mats to keep feet and clothes dry. The building I went in only had one toilet stall and one shower. The showers and restrooms were not centrally located and a long way from our site. Also the internet was terrible and although we could get connected, we couldn't download our email or browse the internet at all, morning or night.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the sites are clean and well maintained. There are several bathrooms with showers and laundry facilities located throughout the park. The gift shop is large and well stocked. We have rented a cabin on our previous visits, but this time brought our RV. The cabins are a nice size with a small fridge, microwave and sink in the kitchenette and a full bathroom. They have a private patio and fire ring also. There are horseshoe pits, basketball and tether ball... Read More

Nice park to explore Capital Reef. The trees and views of the red rock mountains are amazing. The lots aren't quite level and needed some extra work to get settled. The staff was very friendly (except for one maintenance worker that seemed to be having a horrible day) but otherwise great. The setting is beautiful with a nice large lawn area to enjoy a game of frisbee or football as some other guests were doing in the evening.
