Very Poor There was mold all over the teepee. There was only one bed and no fire pit like the one in the photo.A small outside couch in the teepee. The swing and seats outside were covered in bird poop. They should have someone check stuff like that make sure it's cleaned off.And the mold was not just on the mirror. The whole teepee was covered in mold.

I am hard to please but I must sy this camp ground while not the most upscale with pools and activities is nice , very nice park. Easy to pull thru our toy hauler fit perfect. They like dogs, have a beautiful pavilion, if you want to be social they are if not they leave you alone. Guided Bike tours the owners were very knowledgeable of the history and area. One of the most relaxing times I have had in a long time. Strongly recommend and highly likely to o back.

My husband and I made reservations for Labor Day and then Harvey hit us so I was ready to get away to the Hill Country by October. The owners were very understanding and we had no problems changing reservations. It was our first trip in our new Toy hauler we were able to pull in to our spot with ease and the ground was very level. Enough space between campers so your not cramped. We spent time after riding in the very nice pavilion with an outdoor kitchen, big screen TV, shower's and visiting other campers. Loved that they were pet friendly with no Breed restrictions. The owners have a few dogs who depending on the clients will let them visit, or they stay at the house. Very accommodating owners who have great ideas on rides and if your not a rider they know about local events in the area. We enjoyed strolling thru the property and spotting the wildlife. Great place we have booked for February already this is a gem! They also have 6 beautiful cabins to rent . I will say there are not a lot of activities for kids but the area is close to lake Medina , for us we were okay with out a pool and playground ..
