Believe the other review about the noise from low flying airplanes and the nearby truck stop. There are military plane running training missions in and out of nearby Altis at all hours. In my opinion, the worst noise comes from all of the barking dogs left outside in pens at multiple campsites. They barked into the night and in early morning as well. Our site was not level enough for our levelerl to work so we spent the night on a slant. Other sites may be better but the entire park seems to slant in the same direction. One last thing that I find unacceptable is there were multiple piles of dog poop that had not been cleaned up. We will not stay again despite the very nice woman who took our reservation and checked us in.

Stayed for 3 nights during our trip. Sites are a good size and spaced apart nicely. Wifi was excellent but we were right next to the transmitter box ) worked for us. There is a truck stop on the end of the property but we were in the center of the park and didn't hear it much especially with the AC cranked. Guests were nice, a few older models on the one side but no one wonky was present. The laundry room was fine and actually less expensive than most at $1.25 wash and $1.00 dry. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful if anything was needed. One our arrival day there were 2 planes that were low and loud and at first we thought on no but we never heard any planes after that. That was on a Thursday around 3pm. Great price and nice location to the big Texan for a yummy texas steak! I would definetly stay again.

As it says in its name. Great place to stay for overnite. Truck stop next door but after about midnight all quiets down. Friendly owners and staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Easy on and off I-40. Not really any traffic noise.

We stayed in site #10 pull thru near the edge of the park. Park was well lit and street signs made our site easy to find after dark. Office was still manned at 10:30 pm when we arrived. Very friendly owner. We have a 42ft fifth wheel and it was a little tight making turns in the park but doable. Downside was the proximity to the Valero truck stop. The front of our camper was facing the fence separating the park from the truck stop. The truck noise was really loud. We have a fan in our bedroom and slept ok but if you don' t have something to mask it, beware. Easy on and off I-40.

This is a great place to stay for a night or two, but I wouldn't stay longer than that. The park needs some love....weeds were high, grass and trees had not been trimmed in awhile, lots of things need painting, and the roads are a bit rough. In our site 41, on the way up to Colorado on 5/30/2021, and then site 42 on our way home from Colorado 6/18/2021, we didn't feel it was too loud. Even though the park is next door to a very bright and large new truckstop, it didn't bother us at all. My parents were parked one row closer to the truckstop each time and felt it was waaaaay too bright and noisy for their comfort level. The staff was nice, there's easy in and out access, and the site was large enough for us even though everyone's parked pretty close together. Not the worst place we've ever stayed, and not the best. They need some more groundskeepers for sure. My rate included a Good Sam discount.

We stopped in as Good Sam members requesting to purchase water to fill up our coach. They were not busy , a staff member wasn't sure how to handle the situation so we waited while she contacted the owner. We were turned away and directed to try a truck stop further down the road. Could not believe how they just flat out we're not interested in helping out. We won't be stopping there on the way back or ever. They shouldn't be allowed to hang up the Good Sam emblem as they don't fit the hospitality criteria

With out a doubt the worst experience we have had at a campground and if I could I would give it ZERO stars. I will admit we were on a bit of a short fuse after a roadside breakdown needing a flat bed tow and 2 days getting things fixed. After a very late start we finally arrived at the campground at around 6PM local time. Others have warned about lots of noise and they are not wrong. Between the busy interstate, trains and being on the end of an active runway at the local airport it was pretty noisy. After setting up and settling down we discovered that we had no power from the pedestal. Our EMS unit shut us down for low voltage. So we turned on the generator and called the office. Even though our generator was quitter than the ambient noise level we could not run it. The maintenance fellow who showed up could not test the voltage or fix anything. So we were told we would have to move sites as it was getting dark. We were upset at this and when we told the owner (who was called and showed up) that we were bone tired and just wanted to run the genny when needed, she said."put on your big boy pants and suck it up".well sorry I did not feel like sucking it up. We did end up moving and the site we were in we could not hook up the sewer with our 15 ft hose. So in the morning before we left we pulled into another site to dump our tanks. Sorry Ms owner but you don't tell your customers to "suck it up" We would never stay here again and would recommend to others to stay not to stay at this noisy/terrible owner service RV park if possible. And it was pretty $$$$ for what you got.

This was a great place to stay. We have a 40 ft mh and it was an easy in and out. We were very close to the interstate but did not hear traffic. There is a Pilot across the street for fuel, we heard the semis sometimes. What was really great was that at some sites they have a covered fenced in area right at the sites for the animals to get out. I wanted to give a big shout out about that. I had to give the restrooms a 3 star because they need some upgrades.

Pretty run down. Had potential. In men's room, there were 3 showers, only 1 worked. Mold on walls. No store. Best Steakhouse in the world down the street.

This was the first RV park we stayed in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to get a site with a little yard for our dog. It was a very nice experience.

Don't stay here unless you really need to. There is no wifi, and the park is right in the flight path of the international airport. Fighter jets, local air traffic and commercial flights fly feet over your head all day and part of the night. Too pricy for what is offered.

UASF planes flew over head, as one review said, but not during the night. I don't see how owners can do anything about that or traffic noise on highway. The facilities were very clean. The sites were nice, but picnic tables could use some update. They must have had problem with the pool, which is not in use. We were told that there is no WiFi when we booked..we have hot spot on our phone, so no problem for us. They do have cable for the TV. Pleasant personnel when checking in. We have used this campground for overnight stays for at least five years on our way to our property in Colorado. We have never had a problem here.

This park is very over rated! No pool or wifi as advertised. Dirty, dusty, I will not recommend this one to anyone.

Swimming pool was empty. Bathrooms had plain concrete floor with a dingy look, but were fairly clean. The park is extremely dark at night and the only illumination comes from the Pilot truck stop across the street. Water pressure during the day does not exist if they are doing any watering, ok at night. Close to the airport, the planes are very loud and appeared to be doing training when we were there as military flying over every 5 minutes and very loud. No WiFi at all and was told they probably were not going to have it fixed. The 50 amp service did work well. There was no cable or satellite. Does have a dog area, but would not keep in small dogs as gate has large holes. Overpriced considering all the things that are not working.

My husband and I are pet lovers, however when a big cat was crawling all over the counter while I was trying to register and the lady made no attempt to remove it, that was a bit annoying. She was not very friendly. WIFI was not available and no apology was made since they advertise to have wifi. Sites were okay for a one night stay but there were alot of permanent rv's and they didn't look to be well maintained. Would not recommend this sight to anyone.

Sites were pull thru but just barely long enough to fit our 30ft fifth wheel. This was the noisiest campground we have ever stayed in. If it hadn't been so late when we pulled in, we would have left and went somewhere else. Folks that run it are very nice but the park is located right under the flight path for the airport. You can also hear all of the noise from I-40. It was definitely not worth the price. We will search for another for the return trip home.

NOISY! Maybe it was a bad night, but the noise from military aircraft flying low rattled our coach throughout the night. Noises from the streets are to be expected. Also, there was no WiFi, despite the advertising.

Great CG to overnight enroute to Rocky Mts. Easy access off I-40 and Loop. Long pull thrus so you stay hooked up. A bit noisy but with hot weather, you run AC and don't hear it. Good Sam discount and reasonable.
