: The park is 98% long term rvs, only a few spots for an overnighter. We parked curbside which was different but kinda nice as our front door faces the Willamette river. With that beautiful view, we can block out the old rvs behind us. Lots of fishers and floaters. I wanted to float so bad! Maybe next stop. The residents are not trashy, just very old rvs. The bathroom/showers are excellent with the smell of bleach (which is a good smell in "these unprecedented times". Easy to find, easy to park.... Office staff friendly. Railroad across the river. Very loud and blows a horn as going by. No sewer. No satellite

This place is an old worn out dump. The short term RV parking was an asphalt lot. Restrooms were old and marginally clean. My 28' trailer was hard to get in and out with very tight turns. And right next to the park is the main railroad line across the Willamette River so a noisy, horn-blowing freight train every hour or so through the night. Never again. Place is mostly permanent mobile homes. The picture on the website is the 4 sites to park along the river.
