The place is ok. The rates change when ever there are local games in town. The internet here is beyond slow. Can't even load webpages. This was our first trip to Las Vegas. This resort has great facilities for it's guest without question, but with it accommodating so any Rver's the facilities are stressed to the max. It was 115-120 degrees everyday, so you do not want to be outside long during the day anyways. 2 pools one for the family, and one for adults both being very crowded, unable to enjoy on such hot days or nights. Nice convenience store with most everything you need, no complaints there. They have an nice little Cafe with a bar, but again it was either full, or as we were told once when we sat at the bar for a cold beer that they were under staff, and could not serve alcohol without 2 employee's present, ???. Another time we attempted breakfast, but again was told the cook needed a break, so come back in hour. Needless to say the Cafe was a disappointment. The laundry facilities was very nice. They have 24 hour security. FYI the Uber to the strip from here is about $36 one way. As they say Vegas is Vegas.

We stayed for 3 1/2 weeks as snowbirders. They have limited monthly rates, which weren't available to us, so we had a weekly rate (basically buy 6 get 1 free). We were in a standard site, a long concrete pad with rigs nose to tail. Site was rather small and no picnic table or vegetation. Deluxe and premium sites (pull-thru and back-in) have more space and you don't double up and most have picnic tables. Despite being right next to I-15 it was pretty quiet. Lots of bathhouses with individual non-gender-specific private rooms with toilet, sink, and shower. Each bathhouse also had a laundry facility that was well-equipped except no coin machines. The rows are long so unless you are close to a bathhouse/laundry on your row you have to cut across someone's site or walk to the end of the row and back down. Great check-in setup, security at the entrance, garbage and recycling receptacles every few sites, and very comprehensive store and even a cafe in their main building. 2 heated pools (only 1 open in winter), horseshoe and bocce area, and an 18-hole real-grass putting course (but the grass was very uneven - it'll really screw up your putting game!). Grocery store very close. Cable was good, wifi only so-so with a very low data rate. Good location at the south end of Las Vegas, away from the crowds of the Strip but a short drive there.

We had no issues with our pull through site and all the hook ups worked just fine. Except right along the entry drive and near the clubhouse, there are not many trees and it does appear more like just a parking lot. The individual restrooms with shower were conveniently located along with the laundry facilities. Since it is good manners not to walk through the sites of others and the rows of parked RVs is so long, one must carry ones laundry all the way down a row around and back down to the laundry when the building is visible just on the other side of our space. It would have been nice if there had been a sidewalk put through the rows of sites about half way. The restrooms are individual, each with its own sink, toilet and shower. They were clean though a bit worn. The laundry provided sufficient machines though no change machines nor card operated machines. We travel with a dog and the dog runs are not easily accessible the dog relief one inside the park seemed as if I was walking through someones site and the dog run one outside the wall required walking all the way out of the main gate and then back around to the east side of the park. Perhaps there was an easier way but it was not obvious and it was not explained when I inquired at check-in. The dog park sites have no shade and are all dirt so be prepared to clean off your dog afterwards.

Oasis has been our "go to" spot in Vegas. Always clean, always friendly, comfortable, secure. Ood food. Pool is sparkling clean and comfy.

The resort is average, amenities are standard for a mediocre rv resort. The internet is a two star, two only because it works (7.5 down, 3.5 up) some of the time.

The Oasis RV Resort in Las Vegas is one of the nicest parks we've visited. It is a very large park with over 700 spaces but it certainly does not feel that big. The sites are spaced decently with many pull throughs. Trees are scattered about with just enough regularity to cause you to forget that you are in a desert. The staff was friendly and the resort has two pools, a putting course, a restaurant, store and ballroom for larger groups. Price was reasonable for a resort and it is easy on/off... Read More

Huge luxury RV Park just off Las Vegas Blvd south of the Strip. Very Vegas. Security guard checks you in and directs to very large lobby/store/restaurant/bar. Large dog runs and bathhouses scattered throughout the park. Lots of 24/7 traffic noise from adjacent I-15. Entry procedure requires security guard to fill out form with vehicle license plates for new arrivals takes several minutes while all other entry traffic must wait in line. Should have separate lane for returning guests. Shopping nearby on Blue Diamond and the casinos are about 3 miles away. Bus is possible with a connection at the factory outlets. Bike riding in the park is fine, but not really survivable out on the vegas streets. There are several bike trails in the area and we rode the Union Pacific rail trail in Henderson, which included a Cappriottis Sub Shop on the route! Lake Mead is about 30 miles away and has launch ramps to get kayaks in the water.

My son was asked to leave the lobby because they saw him alone and assumed he was under 14. They were wrong. Seems like park turns a blind eye to some and not others. Saw a neighbor washing their jeep in an empty spot and employees just drove by. Saw minors in adult pool. Saw teens canonballing into pool over and over - security just walked on by.

We stayed here once before and had a good time, but our most recent stay will be our last. We'd made a reservation indicating we had a dog. What we failed to see on their website is that dogs that even look like they have any pit bull in them are not allowed on the property (we later found this in their detailed pet rules buried on another webpage). Ridiculous dog discrimination but rules are rules and we get that - we've boarded our gentle mastiff/pit mix when we've encountered these restrictions before so no big deal. What turned this into a big deal was the way the Oasis front desk person handled the situation. When learning our pooch was a pit mix the "customer service rep" rudely told my wife she had to take the dog and leave the property immediately - we would not be checked in until the dog was gone. My wife asked for a bit of empathy - it was 112F outside, we needed to find a boarding facility for our dog, our tow-behind vehicle needed to be unhooked and cooled off before we could transport him, etc. The rep repeated that the dog needed to be removed immediately then went to get her supervisor. (Customer service tip: You can choose to be kind) The supervisor was more helpful and had a solution instead of a demand, suggesting a boarding facility nearby. After about an hour of sitting in the registration parking area with the generator and AC on making arrangements, unhooking, etc. we dropped our dog off (K9 Kountry is awesome BTW) and were finally able to check in. An hour or so later a security guy was knocking on our door wanting to make sure we didn't have a dog with us. I confirmed this but he still wanted to look inside. Seriously?! (Customer service tip: Guests should not be treated as suspects) Whatever. At this point we were pretty disappointed in our experience but resolved to soldier on. Fast forward two days when I discovered during my morning walk-around that one of our two mountain bikes that had been locked via security cable to the back of our motor home and completely covered had been stolen sometime between 10:00PM and 8:00AM the night before. A security guy came and took a report but was pretty indifferent to the whole situation. Other reviews suggest this may not be uncommon at Oasis. What's surprising is how many bikes and other things you'll see unattended, unlocked and openly laying about throughout the park at all hours but those don't get taken - our locked and covered bike gets nicked. So, between the dog discrimination, rude staff, theft of property, fully exposed RV site (I'd offered to pay more for shade in the 1/2 empty park at check-in but still got full sun - the shady and empty sites around us looked nice), and spotty/slow WiFi...we're done and won't be back. 32' Class A

If your are visiting Las Vegas this is a great park to stay at. It is right off the strip and easy to get to and from the casinos via an uber ride or you can drive yourself. The facilities are very nice especially the pools. It is a very busy park so be sure to make reservations early.

This park is tops in most every way. However, there is one thing terribly wrong. For a park of this stature, to not have air conditioning in the restrooms is unforgivable. This is the second hottest place in the country and that alone merits a/c everywhere. I don't know how they ever achieve a "10" rating for their restrooms. Evidently, the GS rating staff never visited this park in the summer and used the restroom. Taking a shower here is like being in Miami in the middle of the summer...you... Read More

The entrance poses a little bit of challenge due to the portico that you drive thru and the angle of the road thru the portico. Access to the park is controlled by the staff at the gate. The interior roads are paved. The interior roads and turns are sufficient to maneuver larger RV's. The sites are a mixture of back-ins and Pull thrus. The parking pads are concrete. The P/T sites were long enough to say connected to a toad. Sites had sufficient room for opening slides. This park seems to understand the simple concept of the importance of a flat, level site as the sites were generally level and flat. Some of the sites appear to be extended stay sites. Distance and gravel areas establish privacy between the sites. They have full hook ups - water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. The sewer connection was at the ground so it was easy to establish a downhill flow. There was an outside table but no fire pits. There weren't many trees on the side West side of the park but there were more trees on the East side so satellite reception would be dependent upon your site. Park brochure showed a 36 cable channel lineup. The park provided WiFi was good. It was password protected. Our Verizon WiFi hotspot worked well. Didn't try the NET10 phone so don't know about cell phone reception. There were several designated fenced pet areas with gravel surface located throughout the park. There were bag dispensers and collection stations for waste in the fenced pet area. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park's roads. There was one area of the park where pets were not welcome. We didn't use the pool, hot tub, restrooms or laundry. We would probably stay here again if traveling through the area. TIP: This is truly a `resort'. It offers many services for both humans and RV's. Many of the RV services will come right to your site. West side "Deluxe" P/T's would be our choice. Back in sites #208 to 272 where along the interstate so there was some traffic noise there.

Wow, this is a very nice resort. All the facilities are very nice and very clean. It is a short hop to Silverton or Cancun and all kinds of restaurants or even the strip. The dog parks are close to wherever you are, trash cans a short walk, bath-shower buildings right close by. This is a big park but can seem cozy or roomy at the right times. Loved it here.

We stay in Oasis every time we are in or passing through LV. Nice park, away from but close to the action. Freeway noise if you are in the west side of the park. A little pricey but worth it for the facilities and 24 hour guard. We had a pull through and was adequate for our MH and a toad.

They do have "dog walks," and some dog pens they call dog runs; they are about 20' by 18', certainly not big enough for pup to stretch his legs after being cooped up in the RV all day traveling. The dog walks are all on concrete or rock, and I worry about little paws getting singed in the Vegas heat. Fortunately for Jack and me we were there in November when heat was not an issue. Everywhere you look are signs saying to keep your dog off the grass. All we dogfolk know how great that grass feels under your paws. It was a real heartbreak to walk alongSIDE the grass, making him walk in the gravel when he wanted to walk in the grass. The signs are somewhat vague as to if they mean just THAT grass, or all grass. I've never seen so many "no dogs" signs in my life! Ok, so OTHER than that, let's talk about the park. It is wonderful! Pricey, but wonderful! Still cheaper than the hotels, and you get your own space. Every possible amenity, SUPER nice folks, REALLY upscale. One of the few RV Resorts that can use the name with impunity. This is a resort in every sense of the word. Near to grocery and loads of stuff; but not right in the casinos. I find that a plus. I was there for the Las Vegas International Horse Show at the Southpoint hotel (they do not allow dogs at all), and it was super easy and quick to get there and back. Not far from the strip, I did see a few peeps getting taxis over and back. Gateman out front (darling man who saluted), clean clean clean. This place sparkles. If only they would be more welcoming to our furbies, this place would be perfect.

We were visiting family and not The Strip, however the location is good for that. It is also very close to a Smiths grocery store, which is a nice convenience. We were visiting family and not The Strip, however the location is good for that. It is also very close to a Smiths grocery store, which is a nice convenience. Security, who greets you at the gate, is professional and provided excellent instructions. The check in process was quick and friendly.
