No staff on site, but the owner is REALLY laid back and only asked for payment on the day I was leaving. Told me to just drive in whenever I get there and pick whatever spot I can find. Park is all concrete behind a fence. Couldn't reserve in advance, but apparently the park is never full, so I didn't mind. I only parked here for a few days because I was visiting family in town & didn't even stay in the RV when I was parked there, so I can't really give an accurate review.
However, I can tell you that while I was parked there, the water line busted underground on my water hook-up for whatever reason. No one saw it, and since I wasn't there, I couldn't verify why. However, the other park residents came to my spot & cleaned it up for me and connected me to another water hook-up...all while I wasn't there. Owner had it fixed the next morning.
I would park here again in a heart-beat when I come back into town. 20 bucks per night for full-hookup is hard to beat, even in Brookhaven, MS. Granted it is Brookhaven, MS - so don't expect your Top Dollar KOA amenities.
