The Village of Trees is our 103rd stop and stayed here for 2 night. Convenient off I-84 (and yes, there is some highway noise), you check in at the store where the people were very personable and courteous. Was escorted to the site, guided into the spot and given relevant info. I was surprised how level the site was and did not have to use any blocks. The park has many trees to shade the rv when hot. Majority of people in the park at this time are longer term residents with a few hoarders but overall good. One issue was the longer term residents and their dogs – left unattended in crates, on leashes, in pens or just have them walking around unleashed. This park was perfect for what we needed – a break from a longer drive – and good value for the money. A nice walk along the Snake River immediately out the back of the park, especially if you have dogs. Prior online posts have also referenced this issue. Inexcusable! Fortunately our TV antenna was able to program 20+ crystal clear over-the-air channels. Free wifi was spotty at best. It kept disconnecting on multiple devices at our site. Onsite restaurant delivers food to your site free of charge. We ordered 2 breakfast menu items and the total was a little over 12 bucks. Decent prices! Unheated pool was small and unimpressive. We enjoyed the circular dog walking path. Onsite bathrooms were clean.

I must have had an exceptionally bad experience on 7/29/21. As I read the reviews it sounded like a nice park. We stayed in row A, which is directly across from the grassy area where they allow tents. Apparently they allow homeless people and their dogs to stay there overnight. The dogs were tied up outside & barked ALL night long. Multiple people complained to staff. When we pulled out at 10:30am nobody had come out to address the problem. I don't feel comfortable camping with homeless people 30 feet from me & I don't appreciate the barking dogs that kept us awake. Their policy says "no excessive barking dogs". But guess it's ok if people come in for free & let their dogs disturb the paying customers! Emailed the owner, never received any response. Will never return, can NOT recommend.

This is one of our favorite RV parks! We always stop when we are going and always stop on our return trip. We love walking down to the river and spending time down there. The restaurant has good food, prices are reasonable and we always have a great time. Check-in is sometimes a little frustrating but it doesn't stop us from coming back year after year!

Still one our favorite stops when traveling to Oregon or Washington. They are very lax on Covid requirements and we saw very little use of masks or social distancing in the facility. We didn't order food delivered to the site because of little safety percautions.

5 5 out of 5 stars 03/15/2020

Easy check in process friendly and informative about the park. Although it is next to I-84 the road noise is not bad at all. The restaurant has good food and they deliver to your site if you want. We walked to get some movement after being on the road all day. The spots are between trees for shade and noise reduction. It is easy to maneuver getting in and out. Class A 37' plus toad total length is 58' river right next to the park for enjoyment too. Great park will be putting as a favorite.

We stayed 1 night passing thru on the I-84. This was our third stay. Surprisingly, the rate is still the same as our last stay in 2016. This stay was the same pleasant experience as before. The park is a very short drive from the interstate (Exit 216: HWY 77) along a 2 lane rural paved road. The sites while some may look like back-in are P/T's. There are a few sites that appear to be extended stay sites. The interior roads and sites are compacted gravel. The interior roads and turns are... Read More

There are a few sites that appear to be extended stay sites. The interior roads and sites are compacted gravel. The interior roads and turns are very narrow and tight but we remained connected to the toad. The P/T sites could be considered short but we didn't have to disconnect the toad. There was some trees encroachment on some of the sites & portion of the road. Sufficient room to open slides. This park understands the simple concept of the importance of a flat, level site as the sites were level and flat. Distance and grassy areas establish privacy between the sites. They have full hook ups - water, electricity (50/30 AMP), & multiple sewer connections. The sewer connection was at the ground so it was easy to establish a downhill flow. There was an outside table. No fire pit. There are trees scattered around the park so satellite reception would be dependent upon site assignment and your dish configuration. The park brochure showed 23 cable channels but made no mention of broadcast channels. Didn't try to get any broadcast channels. The park provided WiFi was good. It was password protected. Didn't try our Verizon WiFi hotspot or the NET10 phone so don't know about reception. No designated fenced pet areas. There were bag dispensers and collection stations for waste around the park. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park's roads and grassy areas on the park's perimeter. There was also a grass surface Nature Walk Path along the Snake River. The park was quiet but there weren't a lot of campers. The on-site restaurant offered delivery which was a nice amenity. We would stay here again if traveling through the area. TIP: Not really a bad site. Rows A to C had a thicker tree canopy. Rows D - F had fewer trees for better opportunity for satellite reception. Took advantage of the on-site restaurant for breakfast. Good portions and reasonable cost. Not much ambiance.

14 of us tent camped for one night. The restroom/shower rooms were very dirty. I wiped a tissue on a heater and it came back black. I doubt if the shower walls have been washed for some time. Lots of complaining by the gentleman that drove the golf cart to park us. I requested two picnic tables and they were brought over right a way, very good. BUT one had so much dirt on the benches and top we couldn't use it. Overall a bad experience. Will never stay here again.

Very nice campground. Plenty of space, shade trees, grass and wide roads. Would definately stay there again.

We really liked this park for an overnight and would stay longer if in the area. Owners are great, good restaurant onsite that delivers to sites, 24 hr fuel, easy on-off to freeway. Back of park has access to Snake River for rafting etc. Plenty of shade, level sites. We stayed here in June and are staying again in late July.

We stayed here based on the high Good Sam Rating, and truly enjoyed our time at this facility. Our space was level, with trees for shade. Staff was helpful, and grounds were so nice for walking. There is a small fishing pond with a walking trail. The snake river is also walking distance, as well as a path in the pasture, where there are some horses in the afternoon. This is a small town and we loved our peaceful time at this facility.

This is an exceptional RV park. The owner and family running the park were very friendly, helpful, and professional. If you are passing through, this is the place you want to stay. Wi Fi is a little weak at our site, but usable. If and when we pass through this area, we will be staying again.

3 3 out of 5 stars 11/29/2016

Good place for a couple nights stay but too close to highway for my tastes. Mostly just pull through sites and I had no problem maneuvering my 40 ft 5th wheel. Rest rooms nice. Didn't try their wifi.

Nice park. Right along the river. Pads are nicely spaced. Lots of trees. Very nice hosts. Great trails to walk. The "grill" at the park is a nice bonus.

We stayed for almost a week and it was nice. There are a lot of permanent residents but that didnt bother us, they were pretty clean and well taken care of. What DID bother us is when one of those permanent residents put a fence kennel outside his TT and put the dog out there during the day and it BARKED AND BARKED AND BARKED!!! Dont leave your dog unattended if all its going to do it bark!! We were right across from it and it was sooo annoying. I told one of the workers about it but guess nothing... Read More

Dont leave your dog unattended if all its going to do it bark!! We were right across from it and it was sooo annoying. I told one of the workers about it but guess nothing was done. That dog ruined the stay for me otherwise I may have had a better review. They have good bathrooms but need to get some vent fans so they can air out for the next person. You cant open the windows because people can see inside and when you go in to one that was recently used it either smells or is so steamy its uncomfortable. They were mostly clean a lot of the time but nothing too bad when they werent. The area is nice with the river nearby and while the highway noise is there, it wasnt too terrible. I was very upset at all the dog poop around but that was due to bad dog owners :( Its people like that who ruin it for good dog owners like us who pick up after our dog! The spots have good shaded areas and many pull through sites with relatively level gravel areas. The WiFi is ok, slow a lot, but ok - but if its crowded its very very slow. I would wait till very late at night to get anything done using the WiFi otherwise would just use our own internet connection. They have a convenience store with gas and a small grill place where you can get food. One night though there was a horrible horrible smell, like a farmer sprayed manure over a field! It was so strong and so bad it made us sick and we had to shut all our windows and couldnt enjoy the evening at all. I don't know how often it happens but I hope not often because it was really bad :( Otherwise a relatively quiet and nice place overall.
