We lived in Vero a few years back and returned to visit old friends. Here 4 nights. This park is like South Florida: The interstate is next door. There are people and vehicles from all over. There are several types of living accommodations going on: RVs parked temporarily (like us) , RVs that have obviously been here all winter, cabins, Mfg. home looking places. The fellow "campers" seemed to be mostly quiet retired folks. They have some events planned for those who will be around for a while.... Read More

If you like South Florida you'll like this park. If you don't you probably won't. For us , it fills the need of a safe place to sleep in our rv and a safe place to leave it during the day when we are off with our friends. We will come here again.

We stayed here for the month of January 2017. When I made the reservation I was told they only had 1 site left but it was an "elite" site. I thought the price was a little high at $1550. but I took it. The person taking the reservation was very nice, however the staff at the Resort are VERY rude. The "elite" site was nothing more than a pull thru, a concrete slab for the RV and that's it !! No patio, no fire pit, no picnic table. Some of the sites had picnic tables so we called the office. We were... Read More

I ending up paying the grounds keepers to get one from a vacant site. The place is so overcrowded you have absolutely no privacy at all, the site is so small, people walking in the street can actually see what you are eating. The streets are overrun with golf carts zipping around, I am surprised no one gets hit. Most of the other guests were quite friendly but there were a few with the same complaints. For the ridiculous non refundable price I paid upfront I was expecting a much larger site with the features described on the web site. Then as a going away gift they charged my credit card $80.for electricity....My total expense for this "elite" site was almost $1800. I have stayed in much nicer Resorts for a third of the price.....NEVER AGAIN !!
