In 7000 miles, this has been the rudest on-site staff we have met. At the check in gate, we were handed a map, man pointed upward and told us to follow the map and find it. When we asked a question, he advised us that we just needed to use the map and get out the way because there were other cars behind us. The following day, I went to the office to ask if they could recommend a vet for my dog. The very nice front desk lady happily did so, saying it was the Vet she uses for her own pets and I... In 7000 miles, this has been the rudest on-site staff we have met. At the check in gate, we were handed a map, man pointed upward and told us to follow the map and find it. When we asked a question, he advised us that we just needed to use the map and get out the way because there were other cars behind us. The following day, I went to the office to ask if they could recommend a vet for my dog. The very nice front desk lady happily did so, saying it was the Vet she uses for her own pets and I was very pleased with the recommendation. However, while the front desk lady was telling me who her vet was, the manager came out from next room and chastised her in front of me, telling her that policy is to never give recommendations. Really. How sad. Most here are permanent, I would say less than 10% are traveling motor-homers. Park is clean, bathrooms are clean, no cable and no wi-fi unless you go to the office or rec room area. Laundry facilities are good, it is gated. So this less than stellar review is based on how I was treated.
