Good location if you want to be near Palm Springs. Very quiet RV park with not a lot of action. The pool was very warm, the other pool and hot tub were closed for maintence.

To preface this we only stayed one night so a long term guest might have a different take. The resort is located on the corner of 2 busy streets so if your spot is along the outside, like ours was, it's pretty noisy. The restrooms were ok in terms of location but the shower was pretty dirty and they needed a facelift. The pay for more bandwidth internet was better than most places we've stayed.
