If you are looking for any type of "RV Resort" as in the name, this is NOT the place. We booked a premium spot. The day of check-in, I called at least a dozen times and never reached anyone. We arrived after the office was closed and, according to the paperwork left for us, we were assigned spot 190 for our 38' motorhome. The roads are very narrow and the park is packed with mobile homes, mobile homes on cement blocks and RVs that have been essentially converted into mobile homes. When getting out... Read More

When getting out of the vehicle to verify the lot number on the road, the smell of human feces was overpowering. Our premium purchase provided a dirt lot not even big enough for our motorhome and vehicle and the luxury of being between the bathroom and a mobile home on blocks. We did not stay. I emailed and the response was simply a copy of the receipt stating they don't give refunds on deposits.

We called to reserve a site, and the manager took the time to find an opening. We called her a couple of times she answered all or our concerns. We arrived and were set up within an hour. All the folks we met were friendly. There were places we wanted to visit while there and all were in close proximity to the park. The park is large, it has all size and types of RV's and permanent housing mixed in the sites. Not all the sites are concrete or gravel, ours was grass. The neighbors were great. They... Read More

They also keep the permanent residents busy with activities as I observed a signup list in the office. The office staff as well as the working staff are courteous and helpful. We will come back again.

Super tight sites, didn't have room to park our tow vehicle, campground shows its age, not comfortable.
This is one of the best RV parks we have stayed at in Florida! We were here for two weeks. The office girls are super fun and nice, the location is great (only 30 min to Daytona Beaches), and there are so many trees! This is a very lovely area. Our site is huge with a big concrete tile landing, very shaded, all amenities, and lots of space bt neighbors. Well, let's say, we don't see window to window here. The laundry room is big with plenty of new machines and space to hang out while waiting. I... Read More

I would say the bathrooms are nice and clean. Could be a little more air circulation, but I've seen so much worse.
Basically, we are loving it here, but unfortunately, we have to go back to Tampa for a while. But definitely put this on your list if in the Daytona area!!

This is an RV park with a large seasonal population and it caters to them. If you, like us, are only here for a short stay, you get what's left in terms of sites. The site we were assigned was barely large enough to get the rig in (neighbors were taking bets...), cheek to jowl with rigs on both sides, had a slab 2/3 the size of our 32' RV, had no picnic table and the sewer hook up was unusable. My advise - look elsewhere!
