Stayed here two nights. Sites are very close to each other and watch out for your "neighbor" grabbing your site for their extra car. Love the walking paths for our dogs. Did not use any of the facilities. Very nice office staff. Since it was a short stay only had to show vaccination records. Plus, DoorDash delivers there :-)

Three levels of sites to choose from, from well shaded to open sites by pond. Close to many recreation areas. All the sites are back-in and there is no staff help getting you backed in (minor). The staff in the front office is great and they are now open 7 days a week. The campground changed hands about two years ago. We see improvements to the landscape. (minor). The one item we felt uncomfortable with was the amount of information we were required to provide at check-in. Both of us had to... Read More

The one item we felt uncomfortable with was the amount of information we were required to provide at check-in. Both of us had to provide, for copying, a picture ID, our Insurance card, our registration and sign a release of liability plus a release allowing pictures to be taken of us in the park (major). We never had to do such an invasive check-in at ANY other campground. So the park is a nice stop for a tour of the Space Coast, some sites have patios that are great if it rains. But in our experience the park does not rise up to the level of a Resort at that price.

We have camped here for about the last 5 years, and this had been a premium campground, however there has been new ownership in the last year and the park has regressed. The heat to the pool was turned off the 1st of April and was not turned on by the end of November. The ladies washroom at the pool had a leaking toilet in April that was still leaking in November, and the light doesn't turn on in this washroom. The arm on the guard gate was up most of November which is an indication that they don't... Read More

Decent sized lots, but neighbors close by. All lots are parallel, same size, with concrete pads and green grass. Hookswere easy to use. VERY friendly staff. Internet signal good but throughput (bandwidth) lousy. Had to use cell phone hotspot most of the time.
