A little gem tucked away off of the highway and on the river. Friendly staff, extremely clean bathrooms and showers, wonderful views of the Umpqua river offering breathtaking sunsets. Clean, quiet, well maintained park with 2 small dog areas and night time security gate. We would not hesitate to come back.

The friendliest people, and the most incredible RV sites on the bank of the Umpqua River. More than a dozen waterfalls within a short drive. Great hikes to the falls. The RV park offers a wonderful grassy walk along the river for the dogs (and humans). Only a few sites directly on the river, so choose carefully. We loved our stay at Rising River. We'll definitely return many times.

So glad we chose to stay here! Manager at check in was very warm and friendly. The camp host couple was very helpful, offering to help with a minor vehicle repair, then gave an excellent reference as to where to go for parts. Restrooms are super clean. We chose a pull through site though we would have been equally satisfied with the back in sites with the river view. Price was good. This was our first stay at Rising River and will be an easy choice to stay again should we travel their way in the... Read More

This is a nice place and bathrooms are super but the payment for days is not good. Watch out for these guys they will tell you that a week is $215 for 7 nights but they will charge that price and give you 6 n9ights and if you say anything then they will tell you they will charge you at day rates which are so much higher and they make you move in the middle of your stay. Ithink this is not good practice U think u should be told up front.

Rising River RV Park would like to extend an apology for any inconvenience that this may have caused. The park strives every day to make every guest's visit as enjoyable as possible. With it being Summer, and the park's busy season, here are a few tips that might help in the future. 1. When making a reservation in the Summer months, please make your reservation early enough so that you may stay in one site the full length of your stay. The park strives for this, however when the days get closer and their are last minute reservations we go over with each guest on how we can work out their stay and it may be that you would have to move sites to make this work. Also, we take into consideration if you would like a river site or a pull-through site, if you need a longer site for big rigs, or if you need a 30 or 50 amp service. 2. If you go with a weekly rate, the price drops for the sixth and seventh day of stay. So even though it is called a weekly rate, it is always going to end up being less expensive to go either six or seven days. If you should stay shorter it is a daily rate. The six days at the weekly rate is still a good deal and would only happen if we did not have a site available for the seventh night if that was requested 3. Every reservation at Rising River RV Park is done going over your schedule, what the park has available, and with what is agreed to, with a confirmation e-mail that lets you go over your reservation dates and moves if there are any. We hope this helps clear up any confusion in the future and again we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you. Rising River RV Park Staff

Nice park right on the shores of the Umpqua river. New owners took over 2 years ago and they are slowly making changes to improve the park. We had a site right along the river. This seems to be where most of the short term spots are,. The park has a high percentage of permanent residents. They seem to be grouped into the middle section leaving the best spots for short term. Spots are level gravel pads with hookups on both sides. The showers were all individual and well cleaned and cared for.... Read More

We were happy staying here and would do it again..

We enjoyed our stay at Rising River RV Park felt like we were at home. We stayed a couple nights which spoiled us we were on a river view site Love it. The park staff was great very helpful. We were helped with parking our trailer upon arrival and any questions we may of had were answered. Had all kinds of birds in the trees to enjoy along with a few squirrels and the ducks and geese on the river couldn't ask for anything better. The grounds were very nice and well kept. The restrooms and showers were always taken care of and very clean no issues at all in the park and facilities. The Rising River RV Park is very secure as there is a code to enter the gate after hours also to enter restrooms and showers. Checked out the laundry facilities and rec area plenty of washers and driers have a commons room with tables for gatherings a pool table and games and movies. Thus us a place we would enjoy visiting again for sure.

Best RV resort we have stayed at. Very clean, very accommodating, very quiet. The office staff are always friendly and glad to see us. They treat yu like family and make sure you have everything to make your stay a great one. We normally stay every couple of months for the past year but health has prevented more frequent trips.

Rising River RV resort was a very nice place to stay at for a night. It was just a couple miles off the I 5 Hwy a few hours north of California and into Oregon. Oregon is very green with beautiful mountains, rivers and forests was quiet and clean and the management staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
