Good park for one night stay by interstate 10. The road going in and out was narrow, one Rv or car at a time. Must have 50 to 30 for most sites. Power was poor. No picnic tables at sites. Did have a nice pavilion with tables. Grass pull-thru, muddy from rain. Bathrooms had no air condition. The pool was clean. Had dog park. Nice playground. Staff were very nice. They went out of their way to buy a converter to help one gentleman.

We were disappointed with our stay. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful when we had no power at our site. But, we were surrounded by people who live in the park. The RVs were not cared for and the space around them was not well kept. Bottom line, we didn’t feel safe. It is not a good fit for those just passing through.

Not as good as the ratings in my opinion. Entrance rd narrow and overgrown. Would not want to meet anyone leaving. As we drove to the office the first thing we noticed was the long grass around the obviously new pool. It looked very nice but to get there you had to walk through the long grass. The roads were not in real good condition, potholes and narrow. Apparently it had rained recently because every site was muddy and had standing water. We did not use the restrooms, so I cannot comment. The office was clean and the lady that took care of me was friendly and welcoming. We stayed here because it was convenient to family and friends we were visiting. We were in a 40ft motorhome.
