The Park is one of the best parks on the coast I have stayed at when RVing. The views are wonderful. The sites are level and easy to back into. The restrooms are the cleanest I have been into. The park staff is friendly and helpful. What some people don't realize is that it is a county park. Go figure! What else can I say? I am going this month for the 5th time. I will be staying in one of the deluxe site which two large rigs can share.

I stayed here for 10 nights in late October during the Coho Salmon Season and crabbing. I really don't do either but parked 40 feet from the water in space 064 certainly was perfect! The folks in the office were as nice as can be and all my neighbor's were friendly and fun like RV people tend to be. I felt the price was reasonable given the wide space and incredible view! I brought my Triumph motorcycle as my only means of transportation and it worked perfectly. Reedsport is a few minutes North,... Read More

Not only would I stay here again, but I can't wait!

Beautiful park right on the Bay. Nice walking trail around the park. Office staff was great and had lots of suggestions of things to do around the area. Next time we'll be prepared to go crabbing.

This was a great place to stay. During my 4 stop venture into Oregon it was by far the cleanest, friendliest, and easiest to use park. They have unique multiple unit campsites which allow for party hook-ups. This is a definite return trip stop. It was windy but all Oregon beaches feature a good breeze.

The town is small, but the park is big! It's on the Bay with water that surrounds. Clean and well kept. During the summer it is difficult to get in sometimes due to it's popularity. In our case we needed to move to a different space 4 times during our 7 day stay because the spaces had been reserved many weeks or months in advance. That was not a problem for us. In our case we needed to move to a different space 4 times during our 7 day stay because the spaces had been reserved many weeks or months in advance. That was not a problem for us. We had a back in space in each case which had ample room for our 36' RV. There is a paved path that goes all around the waters edge and back to the park. It is approximately 2 miles long. The little town across the bay has several places to eat. One that makes their own pies to die for. We had a piece of strawberry pie which was large enough to split between us. The town of Reedsport is only 5 miles north, and Coos Bay is about 20 miles south, for shopping and exploring. We don't have kids or pets, but we saw plenty of both while there. There were even playgrounds near the restrooms. We use our motor homes facilities, so we can't really say what the parks restrooms were like, except to say they look very nice from the outside. In the office, the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. We definitely plan on going back. But we already checked for 2016 and have found that they are already booked up! Seems like an RV Club has locked up all the spaces. But if you get a chance sometime to go there, give it a try!
