We stayed just one night with our three grandchildren. We chose this place because it said there was a pool. When we got there we found out there were no restrooms, showers or pool. They were waiting for the city to sign off on them. The grounds are beautiful and one day this will be a very nice place to stay but for us it wasn't worth the time or the money spent. I will say the staff were very pleasant.

Good Sam rates this campground at 9 and 9.5. As we rely heavily on this source of info, this location was a shock, to say the least. I assume the rating was earned prior to the housing crisis. The majority of this campground consists of residents. Which often, in our experience, lends to a sense of community and pride in "ownership". But that requires a management interested in maintaining a level of professionalism not seen here. It is dirty, and dilapidated. A peek into the locked laundry room... Read More

A peek into the locked laundry room (we did not receive a code) was encouraging.. it appears bright and clean. That's the good part. The sites are crowded and unimproved. The wifi is free and works ok. Our interaction at check in was minimal. Which is good during this time. The greeter did not mask . Take this one off your list, Good Sam.

It might have been a nice place to stay at one time but it has definitely gone down hill we were parked between 2 run down RV's one being a fifth wheel the other was a motorhome the faucets were leaking water the restrooms definitely need to be upgraded not sure how they ever ended up with ratings that were 9.5

We just pulled out of this campground after a one night stay. Although it was quiet, this place was definitely not a 9+ star location. The bathrooms are locked. The pool has been drained, needs repair and clean up. There was no one at the front office. The security gate was wonky.

Outstanding experience staying at this park and a pleasure to visit. Great location close to many attractions such as Yosemite National Park, Monterey, San Francisco and Sacramento. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate guests. The sense of community is the strongest I've ever been around. The park is well maintained with a children's playground. It is so organized.from the reservations and check in. The only downfall is the free WiFi is sketchy. Overall an excellent place to visit and... Read More

Very noisy with nearby machinery running into the night (not at the park). River is down a steep hill and very green and slow moving. Not sure is the smells in the air are from nearby farms or the river but not the best. Worse part are the horrible speed bumps coming into the park.....at 0 mph!!

This site is more of a residential trailer park. Over Memorial Day weekend, we were the only campers I saw come in or out. The cable reception was worse than our trailer antenna. Lovely smell of the pet food factory that had to be close by. If you love dogs/barking, freeway and train nose, you'll love this place. The only shade trees are over the residential section of the park. We paid for 2 days, stayed for less than 24 hours. The only good thing is, the bathrooms are very clean, but then so... Read More
