We chose this RV park because they are a Good Sam park. I really don't know the criteria for being a Good Sam park, but suffice it to say that this isn't your typical RV "park". In fact, I would not call it a "park." Basically, you are parallel parked along the street winding through the facility. We had plenty of space to pull in, only because there was no one parked directly in front of us and we could pull up and back in. There was someone directly behind us and we pulled ahead as far as we could in our assigned spot in order for them to be able to pull out if they needed to. There is a very small strip of grass running between you and the RV's parked directly across from you on the other side of the street. There were several RVs obviously set up for the long term, living there and working around the area I would guess. The electric, water and sewer were all fine. No tv reception. The registration was in the Food/Fuel Store and the young man who assisted me was very pleasant. We spent one night there and moved on. In our opinion, it is overpriced for what you get. ($40/night plus tax and that was with the Good Sam discount.) We won't stay there again should we be passing that way again.
