Neighbors are awesome, grounds are well taken care of. We haven't used the restrooms or other facilities. Only adverse observations are the tight entry into the park and the tight space when backing into our site. We parked in site 10 which is very tight for a 37 foot trailer with slides. We couldn't extend our awning or use the fire pit as it is too close to our rv. Also there was a pine tree 3.5 to 4' outside our door and we are 5" inches away from the site's back rail. We were told this site would accommodate a 50' rv. No way! With all that said, the park is very family and pet friendly. We would definitely return. Site 10 would work well for 20' or under.
