A very busy and popular place. Many truckers pull over there and some spend the night with their motors running. The men's restroom was left unlocked for the truckers. Our site was not level. The dump station was over flowing needing a pump out badly no warning to users on what to expect when you tried to dump.
We had a nice dinner in the restaurant and the nearby Wildlife Gallery was well worth the visit.
One night stand en route Alaska. Excellent stopover. Sites are flat, easy to maneuver and good view of Teslin Lake. Restaurant was super, breakfast especially. Cinnamon rolls fresh and outstanding. Check-in competes with all their other sales (restaurant, fuel pumps, motel, RV park) so it can take a few minutes when they are busy. Enjoy the experience and revel in the moment. Monitor your electrical load or you'll pop their 30 amp circuit breaker like we did. An easy reset on the nearest phone pole CB box. Plan your departure time to include time to use the dump station if you need to it can get backed up (so to speak) when the caravans leave. A very nice RV experience.
Stayed twice. Total chaos in registration area due to restaurant, gas purchases, camping registration, motel registration all being done by limited personnel and high volume of patrons doing one of the above. As far as the campground, nice grassy sites with enough room.
