There are a lot of permanent sites at this facility and some are messy. The site we had was very close to the RVs on both sides of us (all sites are 'tight'). The restrooms are in need of updating. The facility is convenient and reasonably priced compared to others. WiFi was weak and we had to go to the office to get a connection.

All but about a dozen sites are occupied by permanent or full-season residents, many of whom have planted flower or vegetable gardens. We reserved a pull-through site for a 35-foot motorhome with car in tow. Our assigned site was not long enough to accommodate both vehicles and was so narrow that our street-size slide was against the separating hedgerow, but we managed to squeeze into the space. On the plus side this campground is convenient to Trans-Canada's Route 1 Highway, is reasonably peaceful... Read More

On the plus side this campground is convenient to Trans-Canada's Route 1 Highway, is reasonably peaceful and quiet and provided us with decent WiFi both in signal strength and speed. Coin operated laundry machines were in good condition and were reasonably priced. The weather was too cool for swimming but the pool was open, though dirty. There is a tired old fitness center and what appears to have been a miniature golf area that is now in total disrepair. Propane may be available for purchase on site but the office is open only four hours per day from 8-10 and 4-6. What was formerly the campground's store is now mostly being used for storing junk. With a Good Sam discount this campground has one of the lowest nightly rates in the Vancouver metro area. If convenience and low price are your campground objectives and you're not put-off by the cramped campsites this campground can work but don't expect anything modern and upscale.

I'm really surprised this pathetic park has such high marks on Good Sam.. We stayed here in July on an extensive RV trip and by far the worst place we stayed. The park is old, tired and shows a lack of pride in ownership. Restrooms were not clean and tired, most spaces were older permanent coaches that are obvious permenant residents. Junked car storage and just a creepy feeling. Our first site had evidence of a sewer spill/clog so we moved a couple of spaces down. A few nites later another RV... Read More

A few nites later another RV pulled into the same site and complained of a slow sewer drain. No One Fixed the problem.. Their advertised store was a small shelf with few odds and ends and then the rest of the shelves were junk storage for the park.. Find another park.. This one needs to close..
