Yes, the full hookup sites are right by the highway and can be noisy. However the sites down below are level and some have a nice little brook in the back. I'm a light sleeper but have no trouble sleeping with my window open. Seasonal campers and staff are very nice. There is even free internet. I stay at a lot of campgrounds for work and this is one of the nicest one in New England. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stays at Traveler's Woods, on 2 separate nights. Very pleasantly greeted by hosts/managers, well cared for. The park is rather small, and does not have a lot of full hookup sites. That was not a problem, we used the dump station on the way out. Not a criticism, but be aware that the park is VERY close to I-91 and you will hear traffic noise. Due to the overnight nature of our stays, we did not use most of the park facilities, but it is very clean and looks nice. Lots of seasonal residents. Read More

the people were very nice and went out of their way to help us get to the park. the site we had was right by highway and it felt & sounded like the trucks were going to be landing right on us all night... maybe lower half of campground quieter... but i wouldn't go back, no sleep...

Lovely campground. Friendly people. Special events every weekend. This campground may not have every amenity but it makes it up with friendliness and ?? If you are tired of crowds and dirty campsites give TW a try.
