This was our final stop on our 10 day vacation, talking to the front desk, apparently the current owners (June 2021) have only been so for 3 months. We were strapped to find a campground with availability on this night (due to a College Rodeo), saw this location had a pool and minigolf, so we were excited. On arrivaly, asking about the pool, apparently it is in need of repair, the minigolf was working, but could use some cleaning or updating. The sites were nice and level, access was OK, the lanes along the sites were relatively small, but usable. Happily, the railroad on the North was quiet after about 6pm, the distance from the interstate/highway kept that noise down. Access into and out of the actual park was rough with an off-camber curb/sidewalk - just take your time. I would recommend this location, knowing the new owners are eager to revamp and clean up the place - they are very positive and willing to help, let alone very positive!

Stopped for a one night stay on the way to Custer, SD. Facility sits at intersection of interstate freeway and rail yard. We thought the trains (blowing their horns) were coming through the park they were so close.

If I could give this campground zero stars I would. They have let it go way down. Lots of long term folks and it needs a ton of TLC. Between the interstate and the railroad, lots of noise. Their internet access is pathetic...way too small a pipe for the number of users in the park and the owner could care less. Glad we didn't have our pets with us, no grass worth mentioning. Don't know how this park has kept such a high rating. Someone from GoodSam needs to visit.

We never stayed. Drove through prior to our stay and that was enough for us. Canceled our reservations. Weeds everywhere, right next to the interstate on ramp, in an industrial area. Very run down. Needs lots of TLC. Roads are like a wash board... Safe travels

We found this campground very disappointing. It seemed very in need of alot of TLC. The restrooms we in need of repair and dirty, they have alot of long term that use the restrooms and have kids that play there and around. I have no idea how Good Sam gives them good ratings. The sewer hookup on our site had what I would call a wire x in it that when tried to get my sewer hose to drain, it filled up and backed up and angle pulled off and made quite the mess. There seems to be a lack of concern about taking care of things and is just run down.

This camp ground is very old and tired looking. The owners (while not rude) were not very nice. Many monthly people have built shelters around their trailer. The WiFi was not happening. Very weak and only worked at the office. We checked in at noon and was given a spot furthest from the office WiFi. Only 2 other people checked in after us or around us. No reason to put us that far back. The bathroom are individual toilets with showers with great water pressure. It's a shame that Good Sam puts their name on this camp ground.

Family run campground between Interstate 25 and railroad tracks. Facility has eight unisex bathrooms of varying sizes. Campground has pool and miniature golf course. Laundry room has 4 washers and 3 dryers next to the office with a dollar bill changer. Easy access to several shopping centers as well as Wal-Mart & Sam's Club.

Nice place to stay. We found the people in the office to be very accommodating as we arrived early, before 10:30 AM. Spaces are a little close but very clean. Bathrooms and Laundry were both very clean.

This was plain and simply a horrible park. It is next to a freeway making it impossible to relax day or night. The staff was extremely rude. There was no cable tv (as advertised), the wi-fi was terrible. We were never able to connect and our cell phones could not even make a call. The restrooms were filthy, showers and sinks full of hair and backed up. It appears they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was absolutely no shade, making it impossible to utilize the plastic picnic tables. The entire park is covered in gravel. The laundry facilities were horrific, extremely dirty and quite uncomfortable due to absolutely no form of air conditioning. Do yourself a favor, look for another park.

Nestled between a bunch of industrial warehouses and several abandoned buildings, and next door to a mini-storage facility, this campground makes you grateful for the fences. Unfortunately, they couldn't do anything about the noise coming from the highway and the railroad tracks, which the campground is in between. On the plus side, the facility was well-maintained, the bathrooms and showers were very clean, sites were pull-through and level.

The park like so many has raised rates a n d advertises cable and internet to justify increase. The cable does not work at all and the internet is only available in the "library". Many of us depend on Internet to conduct affairs and stay in touch with f family. If advertised it should work.

Very nice park, everything was clean, people were nice, don't know which spot other reviewer was in, but most were easy and big. We were in 40' 5th wheel and had no problem entering, exiting or parking. All spots had gravel with plenty of room for our 3 slides. half of the park is seperated and that is where the permanents are parked, might actually be the nicer half of the park. We will return if we go this direction again.

Very narrow sites. Next door electric and sewer was under our picnic table. No cable and limited wifi. Does not deserve a 9 rating by Good Sam. Also very difficult to get in and out of the park.

Getting in and out of the park it's difficult because of the steepness of the driveway and potholes everywhere. Advertised price $35 and I was chraged $50. No wifi, no tv. The appearance of the sites was very different from fotos on the website. Sites not leveled.
