If I could rate this place based off of customer service, it would receive a ZERO. Our family has been camping for many years and have never experienced such poor customer service. If you don't like your job, find a new one. I am a business owner and if I knew my staff was so unfriendly, I'd fire them all. But, hopefully it doesn't rain, otherwise you will be crawling through the mud to get into your camper. If you like amenitites then they lack in that as well. However, there's a dirty and gross indoor pool you can use. Swim at your own risk. We came with a group so I guess having the families that you love make everything much more pleasant. I typically like to find the good things and review them but I also appreciate when people review the bad egg places as well. Oh, and did I mention you need to have a timeshare to come here. Don't do it. Save your money.

Wouldn't honor the Good Sam discount. Prices were high. Located close to ATV trails and the St Croix State Park.
