Worst customer service experience I have ever had at an RV park. This park clearly is not interested in repeat business. Reserved the site through their website for a full service site with power, water and service. The reservation included the size of my unit with the number of slides. Received confirmation of my reservation and was charged the deposit for a full service site. Arrived and was told that the only full service site that was large enough was reserved for another bigger unit. Only other full service sites were too small. Was told I would have to accept a site with only power and water. When I complained and wanted the price reduced to reflect the reduced service, I was called rude names and told to take it or leave. As I did not have a ready alternative, I stayed, but will tell everyone I can about this terrible experience. To add further insult, nobody arrived to occupy the full service site. Beyond the poor customer service, be prepared for an older run down park. This park is in need of upgrades and repairs to all elements from the washrooms, site hookups, pad leveling and services, and clearing trees to provide maneuvering room. These might be tolerable if they were not accompanied by rude staff with a take it or leave it attitude.

The new management is doing a fantastic job. We see improvements in the facilities every day. The camp sites are spacious, and many are fully serviced with pull-throughs etc. Great location with awesome views of the mountains around Golden. Good place to stay.
