Corp of Engineers campground on Waco Lake. All sites are spacious, with shade trees, grills, and fire pits. Nice woodsy setting and views. Short walk to lake and boat ramp. Campground roads are paved, but sites are gravel. All sites are back-ins, some have ramps with up-grades. Our assigned space had a steep up-grade, our 2WD truck could not get enough traction on the gravel to back-in our 5th wheel. Luckily, they had a another less challenging site for us to use. No WIFI or cable. Had issues with the electric power, but COE ranger quickly replaced all the pedestal outlets and breakers (very nice and professional). Average restrooms for a state or federal park. We would visit again.
