Stayed one night in 35' Class A with toad to see Devil's Tower. Our site was a large pull through with a good lawn for fur baby, but view of the tower was blocked by a tree. Brought a copy of Close Encounters to watch that night. There was a lot of park work occurring while we were there which is signs of better things to come. Great place to stay and see this amazing Monument.

Typical KOA with gravel sites that were wide. Our site was in full sun but there are some that are shaded. It is at the base of Devil's Tower so it is convenient. The KOA store is pretty well stocked with tourist items. Make sure you have the groceries you need before you arrive as there is no grocery store for miles and miles! If you need internet you're out of luck! It's horrendous! The dog park is fairly large and was conveniently located for us. They show the movie "Close Encounters of... Read More

We were told much of the filming took place on site. The pool was very cold even though they claim its heated. Good for a night because you only need a few hours to visit Devil's Tower National.

The campground is right next to the entrance to Devils Tower National Monument. Almost all of the sites have a good view of Devils Tower. Every night they have a showing of "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" part of which was filmed from the campground. Spaces were level with a mix of pull thru and back in. The upper bathroom had four stalls in both the mens and ladies room with eight unisex shower rooms across the back of the bathhouse. The laundry had three washers and three dryers (one... Read More

There is a US Post Office next to the campground. The campground has a store with basic camping supplies, food, RV stuff and souvenirs. Attached to the store is a restaurant that serves hamburgers and buffalo burgers.

Loved it here! Beautiful view of Devil's Tower and very well maintained park with nice amenities. We took evening ride through alfalfa fields seeing hundreds of whitetail deer, wild turkeys etc. and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very nice gift shop on site. We are so glad we stayed right here near the Devil's Tower.

This is a very clean, fairly large campground located directly at the base of Devils Tower. The view of the Tower from the sites is amazing. The sites, which are clean and level are a good size. The roads in the park are easy to navigate. Amenities are plentiful and include a small restaurant in the main building. Utilities were good and the WiFi was OK. This is the closest campground to the Tower and the place to stay to visit it. The entrance to the Tower Park is in front of the campground... Read More

We camped here July 2 -5 2015 in a 28 ft. toyhauler bumper pull camper. I had a pull-thru site with an awesome view of the tower. The site was large enough to leave my truck/camper hooked up and extend my awning over the outdoor table. There was nice shade for most of the sites. We did not use the pool, but it looked great. There were lots of kids in the pool, but it was the 4th of July holiday. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. The laundry facilities were 1st rate as well. there were... Read More

There were lots of kids in the pool, but it was the 4th of July holiday. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. The laundry facilities were 1st rate as well. there were 3ea. washers and dryers. Cost was about normal, $2.00/load. There is a store and restaurant on the property as well as a large gift shop/store across the road. The entrance to the Devil's Tower Monument is beside the KOA. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. They escorted my to my site and assisted me in pulling in. ATT cell phone service was good. WiFi was "ok" in the morning but almost useless in the afternoon and night. But again, it was the 4th of July and the campground was full. I had reservations and would recommend reservations if you plan to go there. The local fire department did an excellent 20-30 minute fireworks show there on the property. They do this anually on the 4th of July. There are not a lot of full service campgrounds in the area. We road our Motorcycle all around the area for 3 days, not much there except for the Tower Monument, but that is worth the trip. I would definitely stay here again.
