Don't get confused when your reservation says campground "BI-(site number)". BI means Big Creek Campground. It does not mean Birch Campground, which is the first one you'll come to. Birch is "BC." We ended up staying at the wrong site (Birch, site 15) and had to move the following day to Big Creek, site 15. That site (BI-15) had a strong smell of raw sewage near the picnic table. Our RV Air Conditioner sucked in the smell and filled our RV with the most foul sewage odor (while our child was asleep inside), which took hours to go away once we went inside and turned off the AC. Eating dinner at the picnic table was unappetizing. The park employees could not figure out the cause, and didn't make it a priority to find out. They offered me a refund, so I filled out the refund form, but I never received a refund. I even wrote them a letter explaining that there was a health concern at that site, but I never heard back from anyone. The rest of the campground was okay, but their signs are confusing and they provided very poor customer service with the sewage smell issue.
