I initially booked for two nights but had to cancel the first night due to weather conditions at my previous location. They did not charge for the first night that I was not here. Nice facility, very few campers, but is is 18 degrees. I stayed at campsite #49, a pull through and did not have to disconnect. We camped at Village Creek State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed at Village Creek State Park for two days. The park has a two night requirement when you stay on the weekend. Our experience was very pleasant. The park is well kept and very pretty with lots of ways to enjoy nature. It has hiking trails, boating, horseback riding, multi-use fields, and even a nature center. It also has a nice shop to buy souvenirs and supplies. The bathrooms were a mixed experience. One set we went into was old and needed cleaning. Another set was newer and very clean. The staff was very friendly. The sites were inexpensive and not too close together. We were impressed and plan to go back to this park.
