Clean and basic KOA that was easy accessible off of the highway for a one night stay. A quiet park.

Open all year this park had great facilities even in the snow. This KOA has easy access off I70 but is far enough away that you get away from traffic. The hosts work hard to keep some sites free from snow and the roads and walkways safe. Even with several inches of snow in the dog park the dogs enjoyed their time off leash. The hosts were very friendly and provided us with good information. Even though the KOA nightly rate is high compared to some parks, we will use this park again as a staging area in our travels.
