This is not a place to stay when it rains, and it rains a lot in Florida! The grass sites in the middle of the resort get very muddy and unstable when it rains. I returned to my rig one afternoon and found the entire drivers side sinking into the wet muddy grass at least 4 inches. It was a pain attaching the rig back to the truck so I could retract the legs from the mud and add additional blocks. I normally run with 2x10 blocks under the pads, they sank into the mud and had an additional 2"... Read More

The sewage drains are all horizontal, which may lead to a little spillage when disconnecting. As stated, the spots are rather narrow. and we pretty much had very little space once all the slides were extended. We will not be returning here. They are in the process of pouring new concrete pads on another section of the property, but this section all seems to be about the same.

We entered the park and stopped in front of the office to detach our car from the coach. At that point the park made a pretty good impression. The entrance was well maintained and the pool looked nice. We did notice the RVs are close to one another. We picked up our site assignment and directions from a box on the outside wall of the office. It was noon and the office was closed. Apparently all office personnel lunches at the same time. We found our site at the far north end of the park. The site... Read More

We found our site at the far north end of the park. The site is all dirt ... nothing green there. I drove our coach onto (into?) the site and had to back it out and reposition because it is just about two feet wider than the coach. Also, our door opens to our neighbor's door. In other words our concrete patios are adjacent to one another. When I approached the box for electrical connection I discovered the box was open with the guts hanging out. Apparently the "Quality Inspection Departure Team" overlooked this minor issue. And this is billed as their "Premium Pull Through" site. They provide no cable service of which we were aware. However, the literature reads that they provide internet service via wifi. Apparently only near the office. There was not a good enough broadcast in our area to sign-on. We also learned the service was very limited and was inadequate for streaming, even if you could sign-on. We'll be here until March 14th because, of course, there is no availability this late in the season. But, we're trying.

If you like being packed in like sardines, this is the place to go. We were there for a week and we tried to get a picnic table for our site. Never did get one, then we were told that they are first come first served. The fellow next to us had his bike stolen. no security and the back gate stay open all night. We will not be staying here again. they need to rewrite the ad's because they say spacious rv sites.

We stayed for a week, and the staff here are some of the best we have dealt with in Florida! There has been some reno's done in the older north part of the park, but the main area still needs updating. The washrooms were in need of repair and there is no security at night. A couple we spoke with had their bikes stolen right off their RV. It is located in a sketchy area not very good for biking.
