Very unsatisfactory stay, tried 3 spots before power would work, office really no help although they must of known the power was not working in the first sight we were assigned because the owner of the rv next to us came out and said that power hasn't worked for a few days. Finally got power in the 3rd site we moved to, my husband and a permanent resident of the park figured it out. The laundry was not clean and only one washer worked normally, the second one took 1 1/2 hours to do a regular wash and I was informed that it hasn't worked properly for some time, no note of the machine of this being the case. Many permanents and some very old rv's. Do not think this should be a good sam rated park.
Park is grassy and close to town and the beach. Facilities are old but clean. Space was really narrow and slideouts (I have them on both sides) were really close to neighbors. The sewer line had been broken in the past and you could not attach to the broken pipe. Really tight in and out because of lots of vehicles parked in park roads.
Easy to find and accessible. Small place. Staff was nice. The majority of camp trailers, etc appeared to be regular residents, many of the units didn't look as though they would make it out of there. We did notice several unsavory people coming and going often. Ok place to stay in a pinch...
