Most reviews focus on the entry roads and they are correct the road could use some attention. The entry was very easy and the employee at the entry desk was knowledgeable and very friendly. The site has A/B/C Loops with both 30/50 amp connections. There were quite a few spots that were bagged and marked as out of service. The park was very quiet the weekend we visited but the basketball court and pool(s) looked very nice. It's a short walk to the lake but the trail only takes you to an area where you would probably enjoy fishing off the bank. We will visit this park again.

If I were only rating the cabin we rented for our family members and the activities available for guests, the rating would be 5 stars. However, the campground had many problems. Roads were in terrible shape and many of the sites were not usable because of electrical problems. Our surge protector would frequently shut down due to low voltage. No water for two days due to water line break. We made a reservation for the campground 4 months in advance thru Thousand Trails for a 50 amp pull thru site. However, when we arrived were told that sites were on a first come first served basis and they only have one 50 amp pull thru. All of the other pull thrus were 30 amp. According to reviews we found after arriving, these problems have been noted since 2016, Sadly this campground is in need of major rennovations.
