Campground is set upon a bed of peat moss. Peat moss holds water. Humidity from saturated ground ruined the roof of hutch in our 2021 Grand Design Solitude by warping it. Most unpleasant residents we've ever encountered. Never will we stay at a coop again. Most owners constantly watching us. Stayed 11 days of a 6 month lease. We are 2 families of full timers. Drainage of entire campground in very poor working order. Place is for sale for how long no idea. Staff is part of a board no help there. Manager quit just before we got there with no notice given we were told by staff.
