The only appealing thing of the whole park was it was concrete and the WiFi was acceptable. The grassy areas were so overgrown with high weeds and fire ants spread around, I could not go for a walk or take my puppy out without being concerned for my or my puppy's safety. There is apparently only one staff person that runs the park who may or may not be in the office at any part of the day and obviously has no interest in the way the park looks to potential travelers.... I would not recommend anyone I know to stay there even for one night and I and my husband will never stay there again. This park needs an enormous amount of work and if Good Sam supports this particular park, I have no confidence in their recommendations.

We just stayed here overnight on our way home. Picked it due to high ratings, cable and wifi. The cable didn't work, only picked up 3 stations, nothing good. WIFI didn't work either unless you had plenty of time to wait for it. It was slower than molasses. Wanted to send mail out before I left. The manager was still not in office at 9:30 then I saw a mailbox but it was still full of incoming mail from previous day(s). The sites are nice and paved and room for slides but thats it. If I was staying more than 1 night I like to have room to put chairs out. No picnic table available. Just your average RV park.

This is a nice RV park with apparent thoughtful owners. The amenities in it's totality are better than most and the rates are more than equitable. The only down side would be the lack of shade trees and the dog park/run has considerable pet waste that isn't picked up hence the marginal lower for appeal if you are traveling with a pet.

Would recommend this park. The owners are helpful and always ready to do anything to make your stay comfortable. It is in a good location, especially if you are there to go to the convention center. The sites are level and easy to get in to. We go back there every time we are in Tyler.
