River Dance RV is one of the only places in the Vail Valley to stay in a 5th wheel. Under new ownership, the grounds are gravel and rock which radiate heat during the summer. The sites with trees have a definite advantage and I would definitely recommend selecting carefully. Access to the Eagle River is just steps away which is wonderful for us and our dog. There is no on-site management, everything is done through email. That said, the management team was responsive and easy to reach. I would... Read More

I would have appreciated a map of the grounds as I had to search for the dumpster location. Except for unavoidable noise from the interstate, the park is quiet and extremely clean.

They took our money and didn't bother to tell us they had no water. No showers. No laundry. Guy working was just there filling in. They have no TV reception either. Didn't even think about the customer comfort.

Office was locked when we got here at 3:00pm. Started to call and the guy showed up and checked us in. Site was big enough that we didn't need to unhook. I always run the water before I hookup my hose and it looked like coffee for about a minute then cleared up. Later that night my wife asked if I dumped coffee in the toilet and sure enough it was dark brown again. Went to the restroom in the morning and the water looked like coffee there too. Wish I had drove the extra 20 miles west and stayed... Read More

Two reasons to go here. 1. There are not many options. 2. This place sits just off the river and if you want to walk a very short distance to catch some nice fish this is it. Two reasons not to go here. 1. No sewer hook up. 2. Lacks appeal.

The cleanliness of the restrooms was outstanding.
