We reserved 1 night stay here, paid an additional $15 to lock our site number, paid $82.00 altogether. The next day AFTER we had already paid for the reservation, we received an email stating no check ins after 7pm without management approval. So when I called and stated we would not get there until after midnight, they told me we would be locked out of the facility until 7 am the next morning. Then proceeded to tell me they would not refund my money despite that this was NEVER disclosed until AFTER... Read More
We reserved 1 night stay here, paid an additional $15 to lock our site number, paid $82.00 altogether. The next day AFTER we had already paid for the reservation, we received an email stating no check ins after 7pm without management approval. So when I called and stated we would not get there until after midnight, they told me we would be locked out of the facility until 7 am the next morning. Then proceeded to tell me they would not refund my money despite that this was NEVER disclosed until AFTER our payment was made. They cited contracts, despite that they never communicated late check ins were unacceptable and not accommodated. The office staff was very unhelpful and refused to pay us back our money despite that we called the very next morning AFTER we found out their RULES.
