Great facilities and an amazing view! We came in the off-season, late October. Our site was a back-in, plenty of room for our 40' 5th wheel. While the campground is new, the landscaping and grassy areas will only get better. As it was built along side the well-established cabin resort, the amenities and facilities here are amazing! We're travelling with kids, so keeping them entertained is a MUST. No problems here with and INDOOR and outdoor pool, fun mini golf course, pickleball, canoes, a sandy... Read More

No problems here with and INDOOR and outdoor pool, fun mini golf course, pickleball, canoes, a sandy beach, a full exercise room, and a beautiful walking trail through the woods with great views of Crown Lake. And all amenities are FREE! Cleanest laundry facility and shower rooms I've ever seen, and a friendly staff to go with them. The full-service restaurant is excellent, a rarity at parks these days. I would highly recommend anyone travelling through Arkansas to make this your destination!

This is a new campground attached to an existing lakeside resort. The sites are all fairly level and clean and are decently sized. Most of the sites are just gravel, with only a handful having grass. But the value is significant. All the sites are full-hookup/50 Amp, with some having 30 amp connections. Included in your RV rate is access the resort, including indoor and outdoor pool, beach access (and it's a nice beach), free canoe/kayak/paddle board rentals, free mini-golf, pickle-ball,... For the price, which is similar to full hookups at many larger KOA style campgrounds, you get a significant amount more. The bathrooms/showers are very clean, and the lake beach is very clean. We stayed through a weekend and it was not very busy ever. It's not a place to go for a 'outdoor' retreat, but if pool access and lake swimming are what you are looking for, then it was a pleasant surprise for us.

This campground is under construction with only approximately 1/3 of the sites completed. The Restroom & Shower facilities are spectacular as are the Play area and Pet Park. The biggest issue is the parking pads are not level, sites 1-5 are level front to back but are all 1-1/2 off side to side, not bad and easily workable. The other sites sit on the hillside and most are out of level in both length and width. Some as much as several feet in the length and near a foot in the width. Next, the... Read More

Next, the access roads are quite narrow for large motor homes and towed trailers 30 feet and longer to easily get parked in the pull through sites. All of the access roads within the park are crushed stone and the uphill, areas between each site are covered in large rip rap rock. The crushed stone roads are dusty when dry, nor are they bicycle or motorcycle friendly and the rip rap rock are hazardous to walk on if you need to retrieve anything that may blow onto them from your campsite. Finally, until they get the bugs worked out their Cable TV did not work and their Wi-Fi was so spotty and slow it was not usable for the entire week we spent there. The Crown Point Resort this campground is associated with is an outstanding facility and operation. I believe once the construction is completed and the management learns more about RV'ers needs and desires many of the "bugs" will get worked out.
