I was surprised this was accepted as a Good Sam’s. It’s nothing more than a dirt field with a few hookups. Our sewer dump was broken and unusable. We started using the next camp spot - hoping no one would show up. The picture shown on the Good Sam website is a joke. There is no grass, no maintenance, few trees, and the pool is filled in. The scariest part was the water hookup had an extension cord attached (I’m assuming to prevent the pipes from freezing) with dripping faucet. There is serious... Read More

This is a good "no frills" campground, perfect for an overnight stay. I was happy to not have to pay for pools or putt putt golf, which I wouldn't have used. The sites are level with full hookups. The restroom is a little bit older but perfectly maintained and in the process of being remodeled (showers were newly tiled). What really sets this campground apart, is the owner . I actually left something behind when I checked out and he was nice enough to ship it to me.
