Didn’t like. Will not return. The picture on Good Sam website does not look like the park at all. No flowers, weeds everywhere, dirty and messy. There is No pool. Has been filled in with dirt and grass. Rec room is atrocious. Laundry room is the only clean facility. Roads are bumpy gravel. Lawns are weeds and unkept. Little shade. No showers/restrooms. No playground. Do not come here. Very disappointed.

We stayed here for 3 months, During our stay the park was full. Everyone at the park was quiet and respectful. The owner is very easy to work with and keeps the park tidy and clean. It is located close to town with easy access to grocery stores, shopping. The town has many great restaurants to enjoy. Thank you for a great stay and hope to come back again!

Concho Pearl RV Estates- San Angelo TX Fairly new park within the last few years, built on old homesite. Old concrete areas and fence from house still present but off to the side. Pool filled in with dirt, nice patio area with chairs. Decent space between sites. Stopped for one night only, no amenities noted, full hook ups. Did not see any restrooms or laundry. Pool filled in with dirt, nice patio area with chairs. Decent space between sites. Stopped for one night only, no amenities noted, full hook ups. Did not see any restrooms or laundry. Sites mostly level and gravel, new enough to not be fully established yet. Grass still creeping in on sites, could use gravel placed in sites since they are still base gravel from building the sites. Had bad luck to stay overnight on night that poured rain, entire area was waterlogged. Site did not flood but was red mud from base gravel in sites. Grass area held an inch or two of water that we had to stand in to unhook the next morning. They are working to build up sites and our experience with the rain was unusual for the area. Sewer, water and electric new. Fine for overnight stay. Managers very nice, met at office and gave a little welcome gift. Plenty of space for dog walking, we did not notice a dog walk area but there is a fenced in area behind the homestead that might have been one. Park is a work in progress and has good potential that they are working on. One complaint- entrance to park is narrow gated driveway with steep (small) incline. Was hard for us to get 43ft 5er through gate and we worried about dragging our landing gear on the incline (but didn't). This is the only entrance and it only fits one car at a time in or out. Only gave 3 stars simply from lacking amenities yet at this point.
