The campsites were large and spacious and the campground was very close to lots of activities in the area, Blue Mountain Village, Clarksburg, watching salmon go up the river in the park. Just a little disappointed that could not use my Good Sam discount as the owner said that no discounts applied when the park was full.

Nice place in general. Staff wouldn't give Good Sam discount because "they don't do it when the camp is full." We don't think that's a good reason but not going to argue. Probably good to reserve this camp as they are very full with seasonal and only have a few transient spots and even less with hook-ups. Great proximity to Scandanav Spa.

The staff were great and the camp grounds were very clean. There isn't much privacy as there aren't any trees dividing the spots but it was still quite quiet. The location is good for site seeing and short excursions. We were able to get to Blue Mountain, Craigleith provincial park and a number of other locations with ease. We recommend you visit Thornbury, it's only 2km up the road and it is beautiful.
