Cozy and quiet. Beautiful location. Mesa Lakes and Powderhorn Ski area and winery's nearby. Owner and his family are new. Very friendly, helpful and nice people. Excellent WIFI. Store with Gas and Diesel. Would have stayed longer but had already paid for park in Palisade. I would go back anytime.
