Family friendly, laid back, and very nice folks. Mature trees in the older parts of Kamp Modoc for shade and the grass was mowed. The newest area adjacent to the sotre and entrance had young trees at the man made lake. Gentle rolling hills. Gravel roads. A lot of seasonal campers but sufficient spaces for weekenders. Good restrooms and store. Plenty of activities for children. Lots 318 & 319 had newer installed sewer connections that were slightly up hill from the gravel back in. If your sewer outlet is low you might have a problem flowing up hill.
