Location is exceptional - right on the beach. Plenty of services and restaurants nearby. Reservation system is terrible. ReserveAmerica will tell you park is booked full when there are open sites. Local staff have no idea of openings. If you arrive without a reser be prepared to change sites each day. Restrooms and showers are awful. Park staff cleans once each day but there are many more visitors than the meager facilities can handle. Found a pile of feces on shower floor one afternoon. Seems local homeless are using these facilities for shelter in bad weather. Most, but not all sites have 50amp service but no water or sewer. There is a dump station near park exit. Sites are paved and reasonably level. We will not return to this facility.
