The listing for this park is a bit misleading as the park itseld has no facilities other than the full-hook-ups (30A max) for your RV. The park is tied in with the Best western across the street (US89), which is where you check-in and is also where all of the facilities (restrooms, pool, hot tub, restaurant, gift shop, golf course) are. For $20 bucks though, it is a great value. We used this as a base for Zion (15 minutes) and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon (2 hours). Even though it is... Read More

For $20 bucks though, it is a great value. We used this as a base for Zion (15 minutes) and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon (2 hours).
Even though it is right along 89, we did not notice much road noise, especially since the spots back to river. The spots were fairly tight but enough room for the RV and car.
