It's an older, rather rundown place. It's a large field, basically. No ocean view. The original owners had rabbits and let them go and now the place is overrun with them. If you have a dog with any prey drive it will be a tough experience. You must drive to the beach, but the beach is beautiful. The clientele seems of a lower class but friendly. The staff was friendly also and do their best for what the place is. The clubhouse could use a thorough cleaning and updating. The facilities are okay and... Read More

I'd advise to pay a little more and you could stay someplace far superior. I feel a bad giving it this review but I want you to know what to expect.

Nothing special at all. The dog park is awful with knee deep grass, the park is not well maintained. The sites are nothing special. Not impressed at all.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Located slightly off the coast, 1/2 mile inland, it is protected from wind and weather which makes it a great place to stay in the winter months. Restrooms & shower facility is large and kept clean. Very friendly management. Did I mention bunny rabbits everywhere? They are fun to see hopping about and will bring a smile to your face and never a problem. 10 points for cute. One thing: I wish there was better internet WiFi as even being close to the guest house... Read More

Very nice park. Large pull thru level sites. Grass patio area with picnic tables. Surrounded by trees but has nearby beach access by car. Nice pool area but limited lodge facilities. Very friendly and nice staff. Honestly didn't use their shower facilities but otherwise their restrooms seemed very clean and well maintained.
