My husband and I came all the way out from Oregon to trade in our Class A for another Class A right down the street from this RV park. We had tried calling a few times, but no answer and NO voice mail/answering machine. The website also said to email if you couldn't get through on the phone, we never got a response. This was on a Sat. and their website said they close at noon on Sat., which is fine. We decided to drive to the park anyway and just go on in and pay later (we were going to spend 5 days there) -- lo and behold, there's a sign out in front saying, "NO VACANCY". We were livid, at least they could have stated that on an ANSWERING DEVICE if they had one!!!, instead of us driving all the way over there to find them and finding out they had NO VACANCIES. Needless to say we WILL NOT stay at this park, now or EVER!!
We must give this park 0's all the way around!!!
We're new at RV'ing and Prospect Place was a surprise to us. Whereas we wanted a place to stop overnight that wasn't far from the interstate, we were surprised to turn off the main thoroughfare into a driveway which was the entrance to this small, older park. The people in the office were very friendly -- and they are extremely dog friendly as well (one of the most dog friendly places we went to). But the park is so small and packed and not visually pleasing. But it is nicely maintained. We had no complaints about our spot or the services at all.
