This is a smaller RV Park, but it has huge overflow fields used for race weekends. It's RIGHT next to Charlotte Motor Speedway...walking distance. So, race weekends are crazy crowded. But the rest of the time it is awesome. The regular park has full hookups, pull through sites. The sites are fairly good size and level. It is very convenient to 85 and 485. Near Concord Mills, lots of shopping.
If you come during race time, the overflow fields are mostly dry camping...just a field to park in with porta potties...but it is really convenient.
I found this campground on the Good Sam Club site. It is a very nice, quiet, and clean campground. The staff that we dealt with was very friendly. We booked a return trip already! It's only downfall is that there is no bath house. They do have a central place for your trash, which is nice. They even showed us to our spot, and helped with hook up.
